Become a free member of the UHA and support the efforts of the handyman trade association. We are a Non Profit and a $25 Donation suggested to support our efforts but not mandatory. Your support matters and your membership counts. An association strength is based on its members. This is a lifetime registration for the handyman. Supporting the mission of the UHA as a member. This is a non dues membership to include all handymen. Registration registers the handyman business with the UHA. Receive handyman industry and UHA Information and Association emails. Customers have the ability to check if you are registered as a business. The UHA is a Non Profit trade association representing all handyman businesses equally.
Verified Association Member ($99 Annual Dues)

Become a UHA verified business with this Annual Association Membership. Dues billed annually. As an Association Member you can become UHA verified and have your business documents verified and have your online profile page set up searchable by name, city and zip code enrolled in Find A Handyman for free leads. You will also have access to the Association member logos for your webpage and print work for advertising and promotion. Lifetime Registration included for Association Members. After registering you will have the option to upgrade to get your Certified Handyman License through your member area at any time. Requires auto renewal to lock in annual dues rate. (Auto renew billing is set up at sign up.) Auto is optional but required to lock in annual dues rate.
Certified Handyman License Program
$300.00 for the first year, then $150.00 for each year
Become a licensed handyman. This license certifies that your business meets the highest Industry quality and standards, A licensed certified handyman has passed a background screening, properly set up business with business license and insurance. Passed an ethical evaluation and continues to meet the standards set by the UHA as a handyman professional. When you become a UHA Certified Licensed Handyman your business increases its credibility and value. Certified businesses must be able to pass a background and ethical screening. UHA Certifications are earned by the best businesses in the trade that prove that their quality of work and business ethics are up to the UHA required standards. UHA Certification is a privilege earned not a status that can be influenced. Certified members are eligible for $5K fraud protection coverage to cover a customers claim for loss, Includes expanded member webpage to include a broader search area with your logo, picture or business card, Find A Handyman referral program, 1 hr business coaching. Customer dispute mediation and discounts on other services offered by the UHA. Take advantage of all the services and resources offered by the UHA., Increased business income. Become a UHA verified trusted business and set yourself above your competition. Maintaining your certification license you will need to remain in good standing and renew your $100 annual license certificate fee and $50 (Discounted $99) association dues. Price lock requires auto renewal to lock in rate. *This is not a Contractors License and does not allow you to bypass Contractor laws governed by your state. *This enables you to claim the title Licensed Handyman certifying a trusted business that has met all requirements governed by the UHA.
